Meet Dr. Pooja

Dr. Pooja standing indoors with a modern, cozy background.

Dr. Pooja Gidwani, MD MBA, is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine who works with a select group of clients for whom time is the most valuable asset. Her experience as a physician executive — paired with the strategic perspective of her MBA — gave her a front-row view into the physical, cognitive, and time pressures faced by leaders at the highest level. That insight became the foundation for her next-generation concierge practice and the Dr. Pooja Protocol™ — a strategic approach to long-term vitality rooted in her proprietary Strategic Longevity™ framework.

Only those who’ve built something from the ground up know the physical and cognitive toll it takes to lead, perform, and sustain. After years helping patients survive in hospital systems, Dr. Pooja founded her practice to help clients thrive — in their bodies, their minds, and the empires they’re building. Whether you're an executive, midlife transformer, body rebuilder, or longevity strategist, you can’t afford to age passively if your life runs on your performance.

Acting as a medical strategist, she identifies, vets, and implements the most effective longevity interventions so her clients can focus on leading, building, and living at their highest level. What sets her apart is the depth of the physician–client relationship she builds with every patient. By knowing the full context of her clients’ lives and maintaining frequent, purposeful follow-ups, she can make precise, real-time adjustments that accelerate results and create lasting change — a level of engagement rarely seen in concierge medicine.

She is known for moving the needle — whether through GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, reversing biological age markers, or sustainable fat loss with strength preservation. Her expertise spans longevity, metabolic optimization, and high-touch primary care, with advanced use of personalized nutrition, lifestyle modalities, hormone therapy, and body composition strategies. Her patients don’t just want to feel better — they want to stay dangerous: sharp, strong, and capable for decades to come.

Dr. Pooja earned her MD from the University of Arizona and completed her Internal Medicine residency at UT Health Houston. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and a thought leader within the global Longevity Docs™ Consortium.

Meet Maya Christine

Maya Christine, Nurse Practitioner, blends the rigor of Western medicine with the wisdom of Eastern practices to create a truly integrative approach to care. Raised in India, she developed an early appreciation for holistic healing, which continues to shape her philosophy of treating the whole person and addressing root causes rather than masking symptoms.

With a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Adult-Gerontology and extensive experience across emergency medicine, wellness centers, and aesthetic practices, Maya offers a well-rounded perspective on health, beauty, and performance.

Her expertise spans regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced therapies—including peptides, GLP-1 medications, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and exosomes—to support cellular vitality, body recomposition, and long-term longevity. Maya’s thoughtful, integrative style makes her an invaluable partner in guiding patients toward balance, resilience, and sustained health.

“ Dr. Pooja’s Protocol keeps you dangerous: clear-minded, strong-bodied, and relentlessly capable of creating, performing, and leading at the highest level. Whether you're optimizing for your next decade or your next deal — you don’t need to live forever. Because the empires you’re building, the people you’re leading, and the life you’ve worked for all depend on one thing: your ability to keep showing up with clarity, energy, and presence. The hard work means nothing if you don’t have the time or strength to enjoy the fruits of your labor.”
